In registering for this conference (or on behalf of the person for whom I am registering), I agree to provide business contact information and authorize the conference organizers to include my name, title and business affiliation in the conference participant list for the benefit of all attendees. I understand that this list may be transmitted to all attendees [via electronic or hard copy form…]

I understand the event for which I am registering (or the person for whom I am registering) may be photographed, videotaped and/or audio taped. In consideration of my participation in the event, I authorize the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City ("Bank") to create recordings of the event and my image, likeness, and/or voice ("Recordings") in connection with the event. I hereby authorize the Bank to use the Recordings at its discretion, and affirmatively authorize the Recordings to be exhibited, displayed and/or performed, as still photographs, sound recordings, videos, electronic images or documents, multimedia presentations, web pages, or any other media, in a format now known or hereafter discovered, in connection with the Federal Reserve System's programs, publications, and intranet and public web sites. I further authorize the Bank to use the Recordings in their original or edited form in any media for any and all educational or commercial purposes and authorize the Bank to use and license others to use my name, image, likeness, voice or biographical or other information in connection with the Recordings. I hereby release the Bank, and any employees, officers and associates, as well as any assignees, from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or any other claim based on use of the Recordings.
