In consideration of my participation in the event, I authorize the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City ("Bank") to create recordings of the event and my image, likeness, and/or voice ("Recordings") in connection with the event. I hereby authorize the Bank to use the Recordings at its discretion, and affirmatively authorize the Recordings to be exhibited, displayed and/or performed, as still photographs, sound recordings, videos, electronic images or documents, multimedia presentations, web pages, or any other media, in a format now known or hereafter discovered, in connection with the Federal Reserve System's programs, publications, and intranet and public web sites.
