In consideration of my participation in the event, I authorize the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City ("Bank") to create recordings of the event and my image, likeness, and/or voice ("Recordings") in connection with the event. I hereby authorize the Bank to use the Recordings at its discretion, and affirmatively authorize the Recordings to be exhibited, displayed and/or performed, as still photographs, sound recordings, videos, electronic images or documents, multimedia presentations, web pages, or any other media, in a format now known or hereafter discovered, in connection with the Federal Reserve System's programs, publications, and intranet and public web sites. I further authorize the Bank to use the Recordings in their original or edited form in any media for any and all educational or commercial purposes and authorize the Bank to use and license others to use my name, image, likeness, voice or biographical or other information in connection with the Recordings.
